Clare is the Managing Director of The Contemplation Group,
which owns and operates 8 residential care and nursing homes, 4 homes for
adults with learning difficulties and a home care service in Hampshire.
Clare has been working in the care industry for 15 years and been an executive member of HDCP and HCA (both of which she is currently Treasurer) since 2009.
