As a qualified healthcare professional, Shivani continually strives to achieve the highest standard of care and outcomes for an ageing population. Being a Director of a residential care home, Shivani understands and appreciates the difficulties the care industry is facing.
Shivani is a qualified pharmacist and has successfully achieved a QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services. She has a vast experience within community care, dementia specialist care and medication management.
Currently, Shivani assists Hampshire Care Association in quality, compliance and regulations within care settings. She enjoys strategic planning for the future, which includes looking at new software’s and how we can develop systems to support small businesses and residents with complex health conditions.
