Equipment & Products Stand booking
HCA are proud to announce bookings are now being taken for stands at the Equipment & Products Show.
All the action will be taking place in the large Cedar Hall at Kings Community Church at Hedge End. A theatre style layout will be adopted in the room.
Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be available in Cedar Hall. Additionally lunch will be available from the onsite cafe, so most attendees are likely to remain on site during the lunch break and 2 tea/coffee breaks will provide more stand browsing opportunities.
As always this opportunity has been sent to all patrons at the same time and stands will be allocated strictly on a first come first served basis, so please make sure you fill out the booking form below as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
