A Deputy Home Manager position has become available at Milton house in the Havant area. As a Deputy manager you will be assisting the Manager with the day to day running of the home.
Duties will include development, implementation and monitoring of individual care plans, assisting with staff supervisions, administration and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes of practice and legislation as well as hands on shift work. This will include working weekends and be part of an on-call rota. Shifts are currently 12 hours and are staggered throughout the day.
The ideal candidate must have experience with people that challenge and understanding of complex needs. Ideally you should have Health and Social Care level 3 qualification and willing to enrol on a level 5.
