International Recruitment Hub
Welcome to the Hampshire Care Association International Recruitment Hub. This hub provides guidance and local information for care providers in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, including Portsmouth and Southampton.
We operate one of four regional hubs supporting care providers with sponsored international workers, including guidance when licences have been revoked and workers move into new employment.
For Care Providers
- If you are learning about recruiting international care workers, please visit the South East Social Care Alliance Recruitment Hub.
- If you are onboarding or supporting international recruits, this hub provides local options, guidance, and best practice to ensure a successful experience for your staff, your organisation, and your clients.
- If you have appointed an international recruit already employed elsewhere, this hub can also support their ongoing integration and wellbeing.
Signposting for International Workers
This hub does not support individual workers. Care workers seeking help should contact the central team: [email protected]
The information on these pages has been written to help employers support their employees, but if you are a care worker you may find it useful.
There are links to organisations that might be helpful for you on the SESCA website.
For further guidance, including support for international workers whose licences have been revoked, please see information provided by the Department of Health and Social Care.
